Weston has been representing South Carolina House District 120 since 2013. He is an attorney and partner at Jones, Simpson, and Newton, P.A. in Bluffton where he resides with his wife, Rose, and their children Reedy, William and Eliza Rose. Weston is a 1989 graduate Washington and Lee University and received his law degree from the University of South Carolina in 1993.

 

Weston has been practicing law for over 20 years ranging from clerking for the South Carolina Supreme Court, as well as working for the District Judge of the South Carolina District Court. In 2004, Weston was featured as one of the top 40 under 40 in Savannah\Hilton Head and in 2007 he won the Bluffton “Best Attorney Award”.  From 2008-2012, Weston was a board member of the University of South Carolina Board of Visitors and a former board member of the Sunset Rotary Club. Weston and his family are active in the community, volunteering for medical service groups and attend the Church of The Cross in Bluffton.
